I had a good rest.
The trash and toiletries were not cleaned, and even the bedding was dirty. I came because many motel reviews were good, but I am really disappointed.
The owner is kind, but the cleanliness is a bit disappointing (found a clump of hair on the floor under the bed). I'm not that sensitive, so I thought it could happen and let it go. But the cigarette smell.. haha I go on business trips to Seoul often and frequently stay at motels in Cheonan on weekends, and among the more than 10 motels I've been to, this one has the worst smell. Other places had no cigarette smell at all.. This place is way too bad. The cigarette odor is so ingrained that I seriously considered leaving and booking somewhere else. The pajamas I slept in yesterday still smell of smoke even tonight. My wife woke up and complained of throat irritation from the smell.. At this level it could harm health, so improvement seems urgent. I know well the difficulties of running a small business because I work in self-employment in the area. I hesitated to write this post because of that.. But I'm telling you so you can consider it when planning your business going forward. I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews, good or bad. I doubt other rooms are any different.. I wonder if only the room we stayed in was like this.. I am the person who called because I could not check in on Saturday for the room with two PCs. As for facilities, service, and cleaning, I won't even compare. I can accept those things... people make mistakes. But if the cigarette smell is this deeply ingrained, I think it is a failure of management and could harm guests' health. I understand unmanned management may make things difficult.. Even so, the cigarette smell issue... You should pay attention to this for everyone's sake.
