Clean, good facilities, and friendly.

The accommodation was tidy, the staff were friendly, and it was great.

Clean, friendly, and felt well-maintained; the hot spring water was also good.

The water was good, but the motorcycle noise at night was very loud and the soundproofing seemed poor. It was bothersome because of noise from the next room and above.

Used together with the hot spring. Great value for money.

This was my second visit, but under the sink the cabinet was all broken and the bathtub was in poor condition. If it is old, they should repair things, but they just leave it. The biggest problem is that the breakfast menu being fixed is surprising, but I don't understand why food is always lacking whenever I go. Especially this time I saw other guests looking very upset. They should repair the rooms and make sure food is available until closing time, but that basic expectation is not being met.

I was worried because it was my first time using the family bath and I thought I might be disappointed, but it was really nice haha. There is a lake in front so the view is great, and the staff were really kind. The area is quiet, the room was clean, and the bedding was all clean too. The parking lot is spacious, which I liked. And the reason I came, the bath, is roomy inside and made of stone so it wasn't slippery and really felt like a proper bathhouse haha. There was also a body-scrub service, so we helped scrub each other haha. We had a refreshing scrub and rested well. Because it was hot spring water, my skin felt squeaky clean haha. I went down for breakfast thinking there would just be toast, but a full meal was prepared better than I expected, so I ate heartily and checked out haha. I really rested well~!
