I couldn't sleep because of the thumping noise. I told them it was noisy upstairs but they couldn't control it. It thumped from 11 PM to 2 AM. Soundproofing, please.
The facilities all seem brand new and are clean.
Everything is good except that Netflix doesn't work.
Contrary to its appearance, it feels like an old motel: the windows are high and the floor is covered with vinyl flooring. The bed is uncomfortable as well — totally not recommended.

The facilities are clean and I use this place often. haha
There are many restaurants nearby, and although there is a parking tower, there is a large public parking lot right next to it, so parking is convenient.
It would be nice if they provided a bit clearer guidance.
I always use this place when I travel for business. Thank you for always being kind and making me feel welcome.
