I took a sudden trip to Busan, It was a last-minute booking, but the place was in such great condition!!
Clean and very nice
I'm here on a business trip and had a good stay.
The accommodation condition was fine, but the downside is the soundproofing seems terrible. Considering it is a tourist area, drunk people were very noisy and kept trying to open our door, repeatedly pressing the door lock, so we were quite scared and even wondered whether to call the police. Because of that I couldn't sleep all night. It was disappointing that the hallway noise carried into the room. The facilities were good.

For those who need it, we provide small portions of liquid detergent on the first floor.
At Songjeong Hotel Blue Castle, when lost items are found, we thoroughly document and manage them in the “Lost and Found Log” and store them separately in the lost and found box at the front desk on the first floor.
Additionally, for other lost and found items, if there is no separate contact or report filed, they are disposed of after one month. Due to their nature, food items are disposed of on the same day they are found as a general rule.
Please understand that due to the large volume of lost and found items discovered in guest rooms, we are unable to contact each guest individually.
If you wish to retrieve your lost item, you must visit the front desk in person or request a collect-on-delivery courier service. For courier service, due to privacy concerns regarding your personal information, please arrange the shipment directly with the courier company and then contact the front desk; we will ensure the item is carefully handed over to the courier representative. If you have any further questions, please contact the front desk, and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you.

If you check in or check out at a time not previously agreed upon, a separate surcharge will apply.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, a separate surcharge will apply.
If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, check-in may be denied, and no refund will be issued for this reason.
Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of facilities, as well as soiling of linens, while using the room and surrounding facilities, and may be held liable for damages.
Dogs and cats are not permitted on the premises. (We apologize for the inconvenience.)
The hotel is not responsible for any valuables that are not kept in a secure location.
At Songjeong Hotel Blue Castle, thanks to our rigorous housekeeping standards,
your linens are never reused (thoroughly checked).

Parking is not available for vehicles other than passenger cars (only vehicles the size of a Grandeur or smaller are permitted).
(All other types of vehicles, including SUVs and electric cars, must be parked at a private paid external parking lot.)
