I go to Gwangju once or twice a year for baseball games and hiking, and I usually book a place near Chungjang-ro where public transportation is convenient. This was my first time visiting here; it was clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and I was satisfied.

There were not many places to eat nearby, which was inconvenient. The scraping noise from the floor coming from a nearby building's parking garage was very loud.
