Usually places with a bathtub have the tub full of grime, but here there was none of that and it was very clean, which I liked.
They newly remodeled, so the accommodation was very tidy, and the ramen, coffee, and ice service were good. They allowed an early check-in. One downside was that adjusting the water temperature was difficult.
I liked it very much!!!
It was cozy and nice. I would stay again.

The property's underground parking lot can accommodate up to 4 cars on a first-come, first-served basis for free.
The parking lot height limit is 1.7m, so only compact cars, sedans, and small to medium-sized SUVs can use it.
Large SUVs and large vehicles may have difficulty entering.
Due to the narrow space in the underground parking lot, it may be difficult for vehicles to enter and turn when the lot is full.
