The standard occupancy for all rooms except single rooms is 2 people, and depending on the room type, a maximum of 4-5 people can stay (pensions accommodate 2-6 people).
Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an extra charge of 10,000 KRW per person, and an additional 10,000 KRW for extra bedding. Payment must be made upon arrival at the motel.
For pet-friendly rooms, dog breeds weighing over 8KG are not allowed to stay.
If you exceed the standard occupancy, please contact the hotel before making a reservation to ensure there are no issues with your travel plans.

I had to find a place quickly with my family. The facilities are a bit old, but it seems they keep it fairly clean. The bathroom is spacious, which is nice. The bed was a bit firm so it was uncomfortable. The beach is close enough to walk to, which was great.
I went to Sokcho with my parents! It is close to the nearby beach. About a 10-minute walk?!? By car or taxi it takes a little over 10 minutes to Dongmyeong Port. The water pressure is good, but the sink may be clogged: at first it drained fine, then suddenly it stopped draining... This should be taken care of by management. The bathroom is clean. The air conditioner works well. If you get hot easily, take note! When we first entered, the air freshener smell was very strong. Even after ventilating, the scent did not go away.. Soundproofing... it was somewhat noisy. Maybe it was the next room, but some people were drinking and shouting so I woke up several times in the middle of the night ㅠㅠ There is a microwave in the hallway, and the water dispenser is available in the first-floor lobby. Being close to the beach is the big plus!!!!
I went with a friend; the owner was very kind and it was great.
I had a comfortable rest. I am very satisfied with the location. However, if you arrive late at night parking is limited, and the bathroom hot water was extremely hot which surprised me. The bed is too hard. I will visit again when I go to Sokcho. Take care.
Parking is convenient and good. Overall fine.
I went with my family for a trip and stayed here, then left. The door is stiff so you have to open it by bumping your body into it.
There was separate ondol floor heating, which was great. I rested well. Thank you.
The place is clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and responsive, and it is a perfect accommodation.
Affordable, good location, and clean! Also, the accommodation was very warm.
