The front desk closing time is 11:00 PM, and opening time is 10:00 AM.

Please park in the alley or at the Culture and Arts Center.

An additional fee will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy.

If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, all guests will be asked to vacate immediately (non-refundable).

An additional fee may be automatically charged if the check-out time is exceeded.

Room number and design are randomly assigned based on hotel operating conditions.

When booking for multiple nights, day use fees or additional charges may apply.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the day before).

Due to government regulations, disposable items are not provided free of charge.

Only rooms where additional guests are allowed will be charged ₩10,000 per person (36 months or older).

For two children under 36 months, an additional ₩10,000 will be charged. (If guests other than the standard or additional number enter, all will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.)

Extra bedding is available for a fee (₩10,000 per set).

If you have any discomfort or need anything, please ask the front desk. If it is available at the front desk, we will do our best to provide it.

When booking a pet room, up to 2 adults and 1 pet (only dogs are allowed) can stay together, and the pet is limited to under 10kg per animal. If the pet is over 10kg, consultation is required before booking. 　

If you wish to bring more than one pet, an additional fee of ₩10,000 will be charged per pet. If more than 2 pets, entry is not possible, so please inform the hotel of your pet's information after booking and before check-in.

Pet room amenities: Food and water bowls, potty pads (leash not provided).

If bedding, amenities, facilities, etc., are damaged or heavily soiled by the pet, repair or laundry fees may be charged. (Upon check-in, credit card authorization or cash deposit may be requested.)

For pet-friendly rooms, please use (Pet Room) in the room name (please inquire in advance).

Minors and mixed-gender stays are restricted.

Minors can check in accompanied by a parent.

ID will be checked upon check-in; if not presented, use will be restricted & non-refundable.

Compensation for damages and laundry fees will be charged for any stolen, damaged, or soiled items.
