All visiting guests are requested to present identification, and please understand that refusal to verify ID may result in restricted use based on Article 29, Section 4 of the Youth Protection Act.

Cancellation/refunds for entry refusal due to underage cohabitation bookings are not possible.

Even for special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 or more, mixed groups of 3 or more (other than family units) are not permitted.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine and ancillary costs related to odor removal may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks is prohibited, and guests may be held liable for compensation in case of damage or fire after use.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

When leaving after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

Excessive noise caused by drinking or boisterous behavior may result in immediate request to vacate, and refunds will not be possible.

Damage to or theft of room items may result in criminal charges, depending on the circumstances.

OTT services such as Netflix can be used free of charge with your own account.

In an effort to participate in ESG management for environmental sustainability, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk for purchase.

Reusable products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.
