Cancellation Policy

(Based on check-in date) If your inbound ferry is canceled due to severe weather, a full refund will be provided (excluding ferry breakdowns and changes in departure time).

- To receive a refund, you must notify us by phone within 2 hours of the cancellation decision.

Online booking customers should notify the online customer service center.

For your outbound ferry, severe weather conditions do not apply, so please check the weather and ferry departure status in advance and request cancellation (same-day cancellation not possible).

Reservation Notice: Room rates are based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required. An additional charge applies for each additional person. (Inquire with accommodation) An additional fee may be automatically charged if check-out time is exceeded. Please confirm with the affiliated property directly regarding the possibility of minors checking in before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to mixed-gender minor reservations. Identification may be requested for mixed-gender groups, and entry may be denied without it. Cancellations in such cases are non-refundable. Room information may change frequently due to circumstances at the affiliated property. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this. Please refrain from excessive noise during nighttime hours, as eviction measures may be taken. Criminal charges may apply for damage to or theft of items in the room.
