Cancellation Policy

(Based on check-in date) If the incoming ferry is canceled due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided (excluding boat breakdowns and changes in departure time).

Bad weather conditions do not apply to outgoing ferries, so please check the weather and ferry departure status in advance and request cancellation (same-day cancellations are not possible).
