Within a 10-minute walk from Beomgye Station Soundproofing was poor—you could hear laughter from the next room The baseboards were all chipped The air conditioner is old so it takes a while to cool down I didn't open the window because it looked like it wouldn't close again The bathroom was relatively clean I liked that there is a latch on the front door

It's clean and affordable, so I like it. The soundproofing is a bit lacking.

The maximum occupancy for all rooms is 2 people; 3 people of mixed gender are not allowed.
No refunds will be issued for forced evictions due to unauthorized mixed-gender stays of 3 or more people or room changes.
No refunds will be issued if 1 hour has passed after the Day Use/Stay booking time.
For exceeding the Day Use/Stay reservation time, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged per hour.
Member benefits are applied according to the partner property (hotel) regulations.
In case of room damage or damage to amenities within the business premises,
full compensation will be charged (criminal prosecution), so please be careful.
Room assignment will be made after ID verification upon check-in.
