Pocheon Alma Hotel

I often go with my husband. The bathtub is large and nice.

When I turn on the air conditioner, there's a bit of a moldy smell. Please train the front desk staff. They start with sour expressions, and their tone isn't robotic but they are very unfriendly. Everything had been fine until now, but this time the staff seems to be a problem.

It was clean and nice~~~

I checked in late at night after work in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the cigarette smell in the corridor on the floor was really awful. How can it not be ventilated? Other things were satisfactory for the price, but the cigarette smell was a deal breaker. The cigarette smell was really disgusting and spread throughout the entire floor.

There is a seafood restaurant called Yeosu Eonra right next to Alma accommodation. Having dinner and drinking soju there and then sleeping at Alma is perfect. This was my second visit to Alma and it is extremely good value for money~ clean and excellent!

Overall it was clean and I was satisfied, but I found a few short hairs on the bed cover which made me a bit uncomfortable. I had booked the Suite Spa and expected the spa function to work in the bathtub, but the spa did not operate. The bathtub was large, and I liked that the toilet and shower booth were separate. They provided ramen and coffee beverages for use, which was nice. The coffee tasted good.

I had a comfortable, relaxing stay.
