Worst.. The room was too small for the price. I gave one star mainly because of the view. I booked while on a business trip to Sokcho. I arrived around 1 a.m.; there was no one and only a kiosk. No matter how many times I entered the reservation number it wouldn't work. The emergency phone was completely dead. I barely got through to Yanolja headquarters, waited for tens of minutes, and finally received another emergency contact... I got assigned a room and they opened the door remotely so I could barely stay. I was tired and tipsy from attending a gathering... I paced and waited in the lobby for almost an hour. I have booked and used rooms through Yanolja countless times, but if you are going to list an emergency contact and it will not answer, why list it~~!! This has never happened before. It was unpleasant. Really the worst.. I am worried this might happen again. Now I have developed the habit of checking that the emergency contact actually connects before booking a room..

It is located downtown so it was convenient for getting around and the view was also good. Good value for the price; I would visit again.
The TV would not turn off. Parking was inconvenient, and overall it was very uncomfortable.

I liked that mobile check-in/check-out was available. On the 9th floor I had a partial Cheongcho Lake view. Disposable amenities were not provided, but body and hair dispensers were available, and overall everything was clean.

The room was assigned randomly and I did an unmanned check-in with a mobile key. We were a couple and wanted a double, but it was a twin. If you could let me know whether requesting a double when booking makes that possible, or if unmanned mobile check-in means rooms are assigned completely at random, that would help for next time. We pushed the two beds together and slept. But under the bed was a bit dirty; there was toilet paper lying around and a lot of dust. Still, even if the underground parking is full, the public parking in front is free so it is definitely convenient. There is a convenience store and restaurants nearby. We were out having fun and only used it to sleep, so it was fine for us.
I had a good rest and am leaving.
On a bike trip.. I rested comfortably and am leaving~~ Take care~~^^
The unmanned key is great.. If you park early it's free and not inconvenient. Being in the city, taxis are easy to catch, and Cheongcho Lake can be seen from the balcony from anywhere, which makes me happy. There is a convenience store on the first floor, which is nice. Cleanliness is a basic standard.

Clean and the view is excellent.
Great value for money... The location, view, etc. were excellent Especially the bedding was extremely good Will definitely revisit 100%.
