If check-in is denied due to an inability to verify identification (age), the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

A maximum of 2 guests per room is allowed; if additional guests are found, a surcharge of 50,000 won per person will be charged.

If additional guests are found at check-in without payment, all guests will be asked to leave immediately—no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

In the event of disruptive behavior, disorderly conduct, or property damage that interferes with business operations, all guests will be asked to leave immediately with police present—no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes before the check-in time for a day-use room, your check-out time will be automatically moved up by that amount of time.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes before the check-in time for an overnight stay, an additional fee will be charged.

Regardless of whether you were notified of the check-out time, an additional fee will be automatically charged starting 5 minutes after the check-out time has passed.

Information on fees for staying past checkout time and extending usage time (applies only to payments made upon checkout [post-payment])

Weekdays: 10,000 KRW per hour, 20,000 KRW for 2 hours, 25,000 KRW for 3 hours

Weekends/Public Holidays: 10,000 KRW per hour; Christmas: 20,000 KRW per hour

When switching from day use to overnight stay or vice versa, an additional fee will be charged for any time gap between check-out and check-in.

If a day-use guest requests to convert (change) their reservation to an overnight stay, the full overnight rate for that day will be charged additionally.

One disposable amenities kit and bottled water provided in the room are free; additional kits are available for 3,000 won each, and additional bottles of water for 1,000 won each.

Damage to or loss of the room key card: 30,000 won; damage to or loss of the universal remote control: 60,000 won; damage to or loss of the bathrobe: 60,000 won.

If a room cannot be provided on the reserved date due to circumstances at the partner facility (e.g., no cleaning staff available or unavoidable situations), a full refund will be issued.

For reservations made at an incorrect rate, the customer must pay the remaining balance upon arrival on the reservation date.

If the remaining balance is not paid at check-in for a reservation made at an incorrect rate, the guest will not be permitted to check in, and the reservation will be canceled with no refund.

If a customer violates one or more provisions of Partner Establishment Usage Rule 3, their access will be permanently restricted.

For pre-booked reservations made by customers with restricted access to partner establishments, a cancellation request must be submitted through the relevant customer service center (a full refund will be issued).

For same-day reservations made by customers with restricted access, please request cancellation through the relevant customer service center immediately upon confirmation (no refund will be issued if cancellation is not possible).

Do not touch any items in the partner store’s hallway or warehouse. After reviewing CCTV footage, you will be charged for all items taken without permission, including the exact number of items.

Fire-retardant silk wallpaper, LG OLED TV (65-inch), LG Whisen wall-mounted air conditioner (7 pyeong), Samsung air purifier, combined hair dryer/curling iron, Megatech silent refrigerator, mirror, mattress, bedding, bathrobes, and all towels—if any of these items are damaged or defaced by menstrual blood, hair dye, food, wine, beverages, or other substances,

If the room cannot be resold due to damage to the bathroom’s glass door, sink, or integrated shower unit, or due to the disposal of toilet paper, sanitary pads, food, or other foreign objects into the floor drain or toilet

If the room cannot be resold due to the bringing in or consumption of strongly odorous food (seafood, skate, etc.)

The amount of compensation for damages is calculated from the date the room becomes unsellable until the date it is restored to its original condition and becomes available for sale, based on the full-day room rate for each day

P.S. The cost of purchasing a new product of the same brand (model name), shipping fees, installation fees, repair costs, and all fees related to hiring a lawyer or legal representative, as well as litigation costs, are all charged separately.

If a guest stays for multiple nights, additional fees may apply based on the following conditions:

Room Type - Guests who booked a “Full-Day Stay” (24-hour use) will not be charged any additional fees

If you have booked a room type other than “Full-Day Stay” for accommodation only and intend to extend your stay, an additional fee (overnight stay fee) will be charged.

The additional fee varies depending on the room type. To avoid being charged an excessive fee later, you must notify the front desk staff of your intention to extend your stay and inquire about the details before leaving the hotel.

If you have booked a consecutive-night stay (overnight stay only) in advance or plan to do so, please consult with the front desk staff and follow their instructions to avoid any future disputes.

The additional fee is calculated based on the time gap between the scheduled checkout time and the check-in time for the room type (accommodation) reserved for that day.

If a guest leaves the hotel with their room key by the checkout time (12:00 PM) without notifying the front desk staff or inquiring about an extended stay, an additional fee will be charged immediately upon their return (calculated based on the current hourly room rental rates and availability).

Parking at partner locations is [paid] (10,000 won per hour).

Free parking is available for one vehicle per room only during the valid time period, and only for reservations that include a vehicle.

Motorcycles may be parked at any time, regardless of check-in time. (Please make a “walk-in” reservation.)

If you park a vehicle in the partner facility’s parking lot after making a walk-in reservation without the partner facility’s approval, a separate parking fee will be charged.

Parking fees are calculated based on the duration of use, with a maximum charge of 120,000 won for up to 12 hours.

Parking fees will be charged for parking before check-in time or after check-out.

Reservations will not be canceled, and refunds will not be issued if check-in is denied due to disputes regarding parking issues or payment of parking fees.

If damage is caused to the partner property due to the customer’s willful acts or negligence, the customer bears full responsibility.

If you check out without immediately notifying the partner property of any damage or taking measures to compensate for it, civil and criminal legal action will be taken.

Upon confirmation of a room reservation at the partner property, you are deemed to have agreed to the partner property’s accommodation policies and all terms of use.

Heating and air conditioning times may vary by 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the daily temperature range on the date of your stay.

If someone smokes in another room while you are in your room, cigarette smoke may enter through the bathroom exhaust fan, so please turn on the bathroom light (this activates the exhaust fan).

If you encounter any issues with your room, you must request a room change at the front desk immediately upon check-in. (Room changes are not permitted after 5 minutes of check-in.)

Occasionally, stains may remain on towels, blankets, pillows, or mattress covers even after they have been laundered (due to food spills, machine-related spots, or other reasons).

We will only accommodate a room change request if we have available rooms and the originally assigned room has not been used (including all bedding, bathroom facilities, amenities, bottled water, etc.)

If a partner property’s staff refuses to grant a room change request and denies check-in based on their judgment, the reservation cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please exercise caution as the interior walls (drywall), bathroom, glass doors, TV, refrigerator, and other items are susceptible to damage.
