On Tuesday, July 21, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the latest, power will be shut off in all guest rooms due to electrical inspections in the building.

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

★Please be advised that we will seek compensation for damages in the event of broken in-room amenities, stained wallpaper or flooring, or soiled sheets.

★The slippers provided in the room are for indoor use only; please do not wear them outside under any circumstances.

★All rooms are non-smoking; guests caught smoking will be asked to leave.

★Please note that we are not responsible for valuables or lost items.

★Lost items will be disposed of if we do not hear from you within 3 days of your checkout; if you contact us within 3 days, we will hold them for 1 month.

★We do not accept package deliveries, but we will wrap items for you if you drop them off at the post office.

★Regardless of the reason, only one room key will be issued. If the key is lost, a reissue fee of 20,000 won will be charged.

★Rooms with two PCs come with only one dedicated PC chair.

★Electric heated blankets are not provided.

★Exactly one vehicle per guest room / Be sure to clearly specify “walking” or “vehicle” when making a reservation.

★If you bring a vehicle after booking a “walking” reservation, parking will not be available.

★Please park at the Rivage C parking lot right next to the hotel.

★If you book a “walk-in” reservation when the parking lot is full and bring a car, you will not be able to park.

★If there are no parking spaces available, you must park elsewhere and walk to the hotel.

★If you park before check-in, you must inform the front desk.

Only twin rooms accommodate 3 guests / Additional fee applies for each extra guest (ages 36 months and older) / Mixed-gender occupancy is strictly prohibited for groups of 3.

Lost and found items are held for 1 month (cannot be shipped)

Bathrobe ties often become worn and frayed, so we are gradually phasing them out; they may not be available.

Since we are often busy working at the front desk, there may be times when we cannot answer your calls;

we appreciate your understanding.

During weekends and holidays, there may be a shortage of bathrobes.
