The room is small and cozy. Quiet. The water comes out well, and when I shower it's very refreshing...

The owner is very kind. However, the room price is 50,000 won, and even considering this is a redevelopment area, basic cleaning should still be done. This is a place people use, but the toiletries were all past their expiration, no cleaning had been done, there was hair on the floor, stains all over the walls, dust piled on the desk, leftovers from other guests in the fridge, the bedding seemed very old with what looked like other people's hair, and there was a musty smell. Since people stay here, I wish they would at least keep basic courtesy 😁

Seriously, even one star is too generous. Do not go.

Horrible cleanliness and the location is bad... totally not recommended for women.

It seems they are not cleaning or maintaining the place. From the entrance there was a smell I had never smelled before. I also felt the stairs and the room floors were really not cleaned.
