Maybe because I had an electric car or because it was an SUV, they said parking was not allowed and told me to use a parking lot 5 minutes away. The person giving directions was not friendly and informed me by tapping the driver-side door. Even motels do not respond at this level. It felt like they turned an apartment-office complex into a hotel. Think of it more as motel-level than a hotel. I disliked the initial attitude, and since the parking was 5 minutes away I worried my car would get rained on the next day. I ended up going to Shilla Stay — impressive!
Close to Haeundae Beach and the facilities are nice. However, the parking is mechanical, which is inconvenient.
The bedding was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The service was friendly.

Very, very satisfied. The best.
Three men traveled together, and a basic hygiene issue occurred: the towel had a strange stain that I couldn't tell if it was blood or urine, so we ended up passing the towels around to wipe things. When I explained this to the front desk staff, the most they could do was give us two coffee vouchers from behind the desk. We paid a lot of money for this and it feels like a complete waste. If there is a problem with such a basic element, the whole place is ruined.
I guess I expected too much. :(
I made truly beautiful memories here.
We were assigned a very high floor, but we caught two mosquitoes in the afternoon and four at dawn. The wallpaper was torn, and even though it's May, I was shocked to find insects like that. Overall the place is aging, and the bathroom door should be repaired. At least the room size was not small.
Clean and comfortable; I had a good rest!

If the parking lot is full or your vehicle cannot be accommodated in the tower parking, you must use an external paid parking lot. External paid parking is located within a 10-minute walk.
