Basic Rules 1

Entry is not allowed if the maximum occupancy is exceeded (no visitors allowed).

Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not allowed to check in under any circumstances.

Please understand that pets are strictly prohibited for the consideration of other rooms and guests.

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

For the consideration of other guests regarding fire and odor, cooking pork, fish, and Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew) is prohibited inside the rooms. Please use the designated barbecue area.

Basic Rules 2

Use of the barbecue area and loud noises after 10 PM are prohibited for the consideration of other guests. Please understand.

Please notify the pension manager if any fixtures are damaged.

When checking out, please separate all trash, including food waste, and clean any kitchen utensils you used.

Guests are responsible for the loss or damage of facilities used, so please be careful.

Hazardous materials (fireworks, firecrackers, etc.) are not allowed inside the rooms. (Guests are responsible for any fires caused.)

Please separate trash in the designated areas.

100% refund without deduction for cancellations 10 days before check-in date

For cancellations 9 days before check-in date: 10% deduction then refund

For cancellations 8 days before check-in date: 20% deduction then refund

For cancellations 7 days before check-in date: 30% deduction then refund

For cancellations 6 days before check-in date: 40% deduction then refund

For cancellations 5 days before check-in date: 50% deduction then refund

For cancellations 4 days before check-in date: 60% deduction then refund

For cancellations 3 days before check-in date: 70% deduction then refund

For cancellations 2 days before check-in date: 80% deduction then refund

For cancellations 1 day before check-in date: 90% deduction then refund

No refund for cancellations on the check-in date

Reservation Notice: Please contact the pension in advance if additional guests will be joining the reservation. An extra fee may be charged for additional guests exceeding the standard occupancy. An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person applies for exceeding the standard occupancy (on-site payment) Entry may be denied if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, and no refund will be given for this reason. Entry may be denied if accompanied by pets, except in pet-friendly pensions, and no refund will be given for this reason. Accommodations are legally prohibited from allowing unaccompanied minors. Also, reservations and use by minors are subject to the accommodation's regulations, and no refund will be given for this reason. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times for the convenience of the next guests. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of facilities when using the rooms and surrounding amenities, and may be held liable for damages. For the safety and fire prevention of the rooms, direct grilling of fish or meat is not allowed inside the rooms, and personal cooking equipment (grills, charcoal, electric/heating appliances, etc.) brought in by guests is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms; please use designated smoking areas. Please refrain from excessive recreation, drinking, and loud noises that may disturb other guests. Duplicate bookings may occur with real-time reservations; in such cases, a full refund can be obtained through the customer service center. (NOL Customer Service will notify you as soon as confirmed.) If rates and rate tables are incorrectly reflected due to unconfirmed periods by pension, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and you can rebook at the correct price.
