-Hotel De Homme offers convenient access to a spacious underground parking lot with a capacity for up to 250 vehicles.

-When driving, please search for 'Ocean Bridge' to find the building more easily.

-The hotel provides free vehicle registration from the designated check-in time for each booking site. Please note that if you enter before the check-in time, you will be responsible for the parking fee.

-Parking is available on B1F/B2F, in both Building A and Building B. The front desk is on the 3rd floor of Building A. (Please note that the entrance to Building B is closed.)

-Only one vehicle per room is supported for parking. If you have more than one vehicle, parking support is not available, and you will need to pay the parking fee at the parking lot upon exit.

The check-in deadline is 24:00 (midnight) on the day of arrival. Guests expected to check in after midnight must contact the hotel. If there is no separate contact, it will automatically become a No-Show after 24:00 (midnight).

Room Use Precautions

-If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person per night will be charged at the front desk. (Applies to both overnight stays and Day Use - all rooms have a standard occupancy of 2 people)

(Bedding separate / 1 child under 24 months free, 25 months~under 7 years: 10,000 KRW, 7 years or older~adult: 20,000 KRW)

-Only the reservation holder is allowed to check in (including illegal transfers).

-If any damage to bedding or furniture, or blood stains occur in the room, a separate cleaning fee and cost will be charged.

-Late check-out after the check-out time will incur a late check-out fee, which varies by room type.

-Pets are not allowed, and guests found with pets will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

-If a fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, a fine of 100,000 KRW and forced eviction will result.

-If loud noise in the room inconveniences other guests late at night, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. We appreciate your understanding for a comfortable hotel experience.

-Please confirm the availability of minors directly with the partner property before making a reservation.

-Cancellations/refunds are not possible for entry refusal resulting from a minor reservation.

-Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays.

- A valid physical ID (photo required) will be verified at check-in. (Both the reservation holder and co-guests are required.)

-Entry is possible after confirming the reservation holder's identity. If the reservation holder's identity cannot be confirmed or if it is transferred to another person, entry will be denied without cancellation or refund.
