Nice, clean, and quiet.
When I go to Incheon Gyeyang for business, this is the hotel I always use. The facilities are the cleanest, and there are plenty of food options nearby.
The bathroom is clean and it's quiet!

This is the nicest hotel in Gyeyang. The room interior is lovely, and it is so clean that I really liked it. What impressed me most on this visit was that there are a lot of foreign tourists^^ I had a good rest. This hotel is flourishing more and more, and if you don't book in advance, it might be hard to stay here. I had a good rest. Take care.

It was very comfortable. I really liked the parking.
Parking is convenient, the parking attendants are friendly, and the room is clean and pleasant.

All rooms are equipped with heat exchangers (air purification systems)!
All rooms feature ACE beds and premium bedding.
- Seoul Suite: 2 double beds, 1 single bed, Styler, whirlpool tub, large spa, balcony
- Family Suite: Balcony rooms 1402, 1403 / 1405 (no balcony)
Balcony rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have booked Room 1405, the hotel will contact you separately.
- Deluxe Twin: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bathtub (accommodates up to 3 guests—an additional fee of 20,000 won per guest must be paid on-site for a third guest)
- Deluxe City View: 1 double bed, view of the hotel’s front
- Deluxe Balcony: View toward Gyeyang District Office
- Premium, Executive: High-floor view of Gyeyang District Office
Balloons, streamers, and other decorations are prohibited.
Pets are not allowed (as some guests may have allergies).
※ Additional bedding cannot be provided.
- No cancellation fee if canceled 1 day prior to the check-in date (free cancellation available until 11:59 PM one day before check-in)
- For same-day cancellations or no-shows on the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the one-night room rate will be charged
Outdoor BBQ facilities (grill, charcoal, disposable tableware) provided – 50,000 won
- Advance reservation required (at least one day in advance)
- Food not included (guests must prepare their own)
- Grill and charcoal provided once (no refills)
- Due to the nature of outdoor BBQs, this service is unavailable during the winter months (December–March)
