I use this place often and it's always clean, so I enjoy staying here. The air conditioning works well and it seems to be fairly soundproof.

The mattress doesn't sink too much and supports the spine firmly, so it was great for getting a good sleep after a long trip. The bathroom is neatly designed, the water pressure is strong, and hot water is supplied reliably, so a warm shower was enough to relieve the day's fatigue.

I like it because it's inexpensive. Good value for money. I like that the bathroom is separate.

Ah, I meant to take photos of the place but I forgot. First of all, as soon as I entered it was clean, so I thought I should write a review. The entrance, bedroom, and bathroom were all clean. The TV worked well and it was quiet. I couldn't hear anything at dawn, haha. Cons: The duvet material is too crunchy, so even though I'm not sensitive I couldn't sleep. Even a little tossing makes a very loud sound! The location is great and it's cheap. There was no cigarette smell at all. Honestly, for this price and location it's nice. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby and the sea is right in front, so the open view was great. When I arrived I could see Yi Sun-sin Bridge or something? Seeing the sea made me so happy and I took lots of photos, haha. If it weren't for the duvet material it would be a quiet place where you could sleep very well. I had a good stay.
