Gyeongju Ritz

There were a total of three pages of reservations, but they said they only received two pages and omitted one page. Because of that we ended up double-booked, and their response was apologetic but saying mistakes can happen and young people are like that. They asked if we would sleep in the staff room or in their private house since they would not charge us. We asked for a full refund and enough money to book another place, but they said they absolutely could not give more than a full refund and told us to handle it ourselves, then abruptly hung up. When we said we would take civil action, they called back and suddenly offered another room. They said it was an upgraded room, but the quality was not great and I'm not sure it was actually upgraded. A trip that was supposed to be happy turned into the worst trip.

It is right in front of Daereungwon, so the location and transportation were excellent. They provided light instant cup noodles, and the room is fairly large so there is plenty of space even with a lot of luggage.

Great value — 50,000 won for such a good date! About a 7-minute walk to Hwangridan-gil. Parking is available for one car. However, the bathroom light in the room we stayed in was flickering, so it was a bit awkward to shower with the door open. Still, great value.

I use this place every time I go to Gyeongju. The owner's service is good, the rooms are clean, and the value is excellent. The best.

The facilities are nice and the staff are friendly. They even gave instant noodles.

The owner is really, really kind :) Considering the building is old, the room condition is fine. The location is good, the price is good, and the room is spacious so I rested comfortably! There was an old wood smell and the hot/cold water kept fluctuating, the room was very cold.. (but there is an electric blanket) It was disappointing that the bathroom light kept turning off T_T

The accommodation is a bit old but seems well maintained, so it was clean haha However, one disappointing thing...🥺 There were toothbrushes but no toothpaste, and since I checked in late the front desk was closed.. I had to go to a convenience store to buy some Also the hair dryer was very old and I was scared it might explode while using it And the bathtub drain doesn't work!
