The owner and staff here are real jerks. This is my first time writing a review on Yanolja, but I had to write this. This is honestly the worst lodging I have ever stayed at in my life. If you see this, do not, under any circumstances, go. If you go after reading this, be prepared. At first it didn't look too bad. But there were absolutely no amenities prepared (there was nothing). They kept citing laws and policies saying they couldn't provide disposable items, but that doesn't matter... I at least expected soap and water.. (they spent money on installing a washing machine but couldn't buy soap..) The bathroom was so small you could barely get in, the bedding had hair and dust, and the soundproofing was nonexistent — you could hear people walking and even understand what they were saying outside. The worst part was when I went into the bathroom to shower and only extremely hot water came out, like the faucet was broken. I called and they checked and it was indeed broken. They messaged and called saying no other guests had come in yet so I could wash there and then leave, and they would call a repairman early the next morning. I said no, it was fine, I didn't need them to call a repairman and I wouldn't shower in the other room. But they kept calling saying the repairman couldn't come except early tomorrow morning or on the weekend because he's busy, and then started ranting that they couldn't accept guests if it was broken, that they had already taken money from guests and couldn't have a situation where they couldn't take guests. Then they said they'd refund and kick us out, or they'd have the repairman go in early tomorrow — speaking so arrogantly that even my calm friend got angry. We said how could you suddenly kick someone out at night, and that if they wanted to accept other guests they should hurry and repair it, but it was useless. They kept calling for minutes telling us to leave. If we left then there wouldn't be anywhere to stay, so we slept and left the next day. The owner and staff are blinded by money, negligent in management, and rotten in character like thugs. Also, the elevator takes more than 15 minutes to ride because people on every floor press the buttons — I've never waited this long for an elevator.

Only the view is good. The bathroom and such are quite small, and there is no shampoo or body wash.

I've never seen an accommodation like this before. When there are regulations on disposable items, usually only toothpaste, toothbrushes, and soap are missing, but here there is literally nothing. No shampoo, body wash, or hand wash, and not even a box of tissues. At least there was toilet paper. We paid an extra 20,000 won for three people, and they gave us two shabby cloth blankets and one pillow each. Also, the power kept cutting off so my phone wouldn't charge; you have to press something on the wall to exit power-saving mode. There were no slippers on the balcony. The bathroom is extremely cramped. Even if they don't provide disposable items, shouldn't they at least fill dispensers with body wash and shampoo? They really come across as stingy. Why is there no box of tissues? Honestly, even one star feels wasted.

The view was amazing. I had a wonderful time with my child.

There was a pair of glasses in the bathroom that I did not use, and there were water stains in the bathroom. I could see mold on the air conditioner and dust everywhere, so the overall hygiene was quite disappointing.

The view was absolutely crazy ♡ Except for the small bathroom, this is really the best value and a view spot♡ I saw other reviews about cleanliness issues and was worried, but it was so clean that my worries were unnecessary ~
