First, I received a room upgrade and was able to use the gym, so I couldn't help but leave a review. The bathroom floor looked like it had just been mopped and actually felt clean, and the detergent scent was not unpleasant, which gave me confidence in the cleanliness. I used the gym quite late, but it wasn't crowded so I could use it at ease — very, very satisfied. Thank you ~~ wishing you continued success ^^
I was on a business trip and had a good rest before leaving.
I rested well. The bed was a bit firm, though.
The photos and the actual feel are very different. Especially the bathroom cleanliness.... 😢
It would be nice if the air conditioner temperature were displayed, but it wasn't, and only one side was cool so it was not easy to adjust the temperature. Also, one of the lights kept going out so it was a hassle to turn it on each time, and when the delivery bell was pressed it caused a power outage. I think this needs inspection.
This place does not maintain basic cleanliness. Besides the strong, stale cigarette smell that made my throat hurt, the worst was the roaches. The blanket had a stain that looked like the previous guest's cigarette ash or mold. Hairs were nothing compared to that. I could not stay so I checked out immediately and booked another place nearby. I deliberately did not request a room change because I did not think another room would be any better.

Compared to the places I have stayed at so far, this was the best. The room was very spacious, and the landlady was especially kind, so I am satisfied. I will use it again next time.

The policy is one vehicle per room per night.
For each additional vehicle, a fee of 10,000 won applies (subject to prior agreement).
An additional parking fee applies for consecutive nights.
A 5,000 KRW fee will be charged if you are more than 30 minutes past checkout time.
A room occupancy fee will be charged if you are more than 30 minutes past checkout time.
Please adhere to the checkout time to help maintain room cleanliness.
Consecutive room occupancy reservations are not permitted on weekends or public holidays.
When checking in at the kiosk, please be sure to take the pouch of disposable items provided. (Not provided in the room)
For stays in the Suite, the karaoke room is available until 10:00 PM; for the Special Suite, please observe the 10:00 PM closing time.
Rates are based on two adults; additional guests, including minors, will be charged an extra fee.
Lost items are held for one week and then disposed of according to our internal policies.
(Underwear and similar items are not considered lost property and will be disposed of immediately.)
Rates may vary during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the preceding day).
