We require all guests to present a valid ID. In accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act, use of our facilities may be restricted if you refuse to present your ID. We appreciate your understanding.

For reservations involving minors under the age of 19 sharing a room, check-in may be restricted. Please understand that cancellations and refunds due to this restriction are generally not possible.

Smoking in guest rooms or within the building will result in a fine of 100,000 won pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act; smoking in guest rooms may also incur additional deodorization fees.

Upon arrival, please present the name of the person who made the reservation or your reservation confirmation text message at the lobby on the first floor, and we will assist you with the check-in process.

Room information is subject to change due to circumstances at the partner property, and we are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from such changes.

All room rates are based on double occupancy; for special rooms such as party rooms, the number of guests must be confirmed directly.

An additional fee of 20,000 won applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy; please inquire at the front desk.

Additional bedding and extra beds are not provided. If you stay for more than 30 minutes after exceeding the standard occupancy, additional charges may apply.

Our hotel’s front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; after 10:00 PM, the hotel operates on an automated night-time system.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash and other valuables must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the affiliate is not liable for any valuables not deposited at the front desk.

Please leave your key card at the front desk when leaving the room after check-in; you may be charged a fee if the key card is lost.

Please be aware that you may be asked to leave if you cause excessive noise due to drinking or loud shouting.

Damage to or theft of items in the room may result in criminal prosecution, and rooms are for lodging purposes only. Please inquire in advance if you wish to film for commercial purposes.

OTT services such as Netflix are available free of charge only through your own account.

Additional fees may be automatically charged if you exceed the check-out time.

You may be required to pay compensation for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. Additionally, you may be held liable for damages or fires resulting from the use of fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks.

A basic amenity set consisting of shampoo (1 bottle), conditioner (1 bottle), and body wash (1 bottle) is provided in each guest room.

We ask that you bring your own facial cleansing products beyond the basic set; additional charges may apply if purchased on-site.

For the automated parking garage, large sedans and midsize SUVs or larger,

as well as electric vehicles, are not permitted; please inquire in advance.

Electric vehicles—All prohibited
