I stayed because there was a concert in Busan and had a great rest. The hotel was close to the concert venue, and the check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was very nice. Since I stayed multiple nights they provided extra towels and water separately, which I appreciated (on a previous trip elsewhere they had just left them at the door...). The air conditioning was cool and there was even a fan, so everything worked well.
The price is low and I like it.
I had a good rest....
It is close to the subway station. That's the only advantage. Even for someone who has been to many places, the hygiene here was somewhat poor. The duvet and pillow covers were very worn, and the shampoo and body wash were very thin and seemed to be the same product with only different scents. Think of it as an old guesthouse rather than a motel. I am attaching photos from my experience that are not in the room listing.

The room is dirty and not clean, and it does not match the photos posted online.
I had a good rest ~~~~~
I slept comfortably. Good.
Nice~~ I rested comfortably and am leaving~~
I often use this place for business trips. I left a note asking them to replace the hair dryer, and a bad dryer had already been replaced. Thank you. I won't say the room number, but that room even has a high-end hair dryer. I stay here two to three times a week on Busan business trips, so: If you are a non-smoker, ask for a room that was not used for daytime short-term stays. The rooms have no odors. No cigarette smell. The cleanliness is much better than other budget accommodations. Especially the bedding. There were no hairs from other guests, so I am very grateful. The facilities are a bit dated, but TV replacement, air conditioner replacement, and hair dryer replacement seem to be almost complete. I use it regularly when on business in Busan.
I slept comfortably. It's good.
