Second time using Best value for money among nearby places
The owner and staff are friendly and the room condition is excellent for the price I will use it often~
The owner is kind and above all the accommodation is clean and nice
Maybe because it was a different floor than I usually go to, the cigarette smell in the hallway was very strong.. They said they would change the room if there was a cigarette smell, but the room was ventilated so I just used it. I wonder whether guests smoke in their rooms and the smell reaches the hallway, or whether they smoke starting from the hallway u yu Other than that point, it was perfect!
Except for the small parking lot, Design Deul& has nothing but praise!! Don’t read reviews, just go once There seems to be a separate non-smoking floor so there was no smell and satisfaction is top~

Other than the sink not draining, everything was clean and I liked it. I was able to rest comfortably. The staff were very kind, and I think anyone would like this place. There are places to hang out near the nearby air force base, and there is a market right next door, so you can visit the market first, buy food, and enjoy it at the motel, or you can go to the US military base area and have fun in the evening. Also, the accommodation offers basic OTT services for free.

No overnight stays are permitted (due to lack of staff).
A late checkout fee of 10,000 won per hour applies (only until the room’s closing time).
Additional amenities are available for 1,000 won per item.
The Royal Suite accommodates up to 4 guests free of charge. However, bedding is charged separately (20,000 won per set).

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room (excluding walk-in rooms).
After entering the parking lot, valet parking is generally required. Due to limited parking space, guests may be required to park on the street in front of the hotel (free parking from 6:00 PM on weekdays until 8:00 AM the following day; free on public holidays). Please note this.
