Cleanliness was not very good. There was an odor; the air purifier was useless. The water pressure for washing was so weak that it was inconvenient. The facilities were somewhat outdated.

Good. Both the service and the cleanliness are good.

Looking at some motels, they really operate only during peak season and earn the equivalent of several months' worth of income, so the biggest selling point might be that you can get steady profits without constant management. You all know that motel prices are extremely high at the end of the year when the New Year's bell rings or in May, a great time to travel, right? But because demand far exceeds supply, there will always be people willing to pay and go in even if the cost is high. If the location is excellent, it can be a one-season windfall, right? When customers are in a hurry, they will enter a motel even if the facilities are poor, but usually if the facilities are bad, people simply won't come. Since people pay for a night's stay, good facilities & service are among the essential conditions that every customer wants :-) A good motel

I stayed here on a business trip and it was nice. I'll use it again if I come to this area in the future.
