All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please be advised that smoking inside a guest room will result in immediate eviction. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop via the stairwell inside the building.

Despite warnings regarding loud noise and excessive drinking, if such behavior persists, you will be immediately evicted, and the room fee is non-refundable.

Anti-theft systems are in operation for hotel furnishings.

Compensation will be required for any damage or destruction caused by the use of candles, hair dyeing, throwing objects, or setting up balloons.

Minors are not permitted to check in unaccompanied; please note this when making a reservation.

The room you are assigned may differ from the photos shown on the booking site.

Dogs and cats are strictly prohibited; please note this when making your reservation.

Please be aware that a late checkout fee will apply if you check out after the designated checkout time.

Excessive drinking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.

Dormitory rooms accommodate up to 4 people—an additional 10,000 won per person will be charged for extra guests.

All rooms are intended for 2 people per room as a general rule. (Additional guests are strictly prohibited.)

If you check in with more than the maximum occupancy without authorization, you will be immediately asked to check out, and the room fee is non-refundable.

Mixed-gender occupancy is strictly prohibited (e.g., 2 women and 1 man, 2 men and 1 woman, or minors). If caught, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Please be advised that the hotel is not responsible for any lost items inside the guest rooms; please keep your personal valuables secure at all times.

We strictly enforce ID checks and restrict access to minors. If you refuse to present valid identification, you will not be eligible for a refund and

will not be permitted to check in. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking is available on the ground floor and B1–B2 levels of the Noblize Building.

Only one vehicle per room is permitted. Additional parking must be settled individually or at the front desk.

Since there is a time limit for each parking payment transaction, guests staying multiple nights are advised to inquire at the front desk.

Parking two or more vehicles will incur an additional charge of 10,000 won per vehicle.

Payment for parking beyond check-in and check-out times is not permitted.

An additional fee will apply if you park before check-in time.

As we operate an unmanned payment system, please be sure to register your vehicle upon check-out.

Although ample parking space is available,

please note that since this is a commercial building parking lot, it may become congested between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM due to parking by businesses within the building. Please keep this in mind when using the facility.
