Breakfast was good. The toilet felt almost new and has a bidet; warm water came out. The shower produced hot water well.
Clean and nice. Breakfast was great.
There was a distressing incident, but thanks to the staff's prompt and professional handling I was able to rest comfortably and check out.
A mini-sized hotel, seems good for business travelers! The bathroom curtain didn't dry well so there was a bit of an odor :(
The room is cozy, clean, and tidy, and there are many good restaurants nearby. It is cheaper than the Haeundae downtown area, and if I stay in the area again I would like to stay here.
The accommodation was very cozy and pleasant.
I'm leaving after a pleasant stay.
I used it so my mother could get some fresh air on the way to my business trip. I tried the twin bed for the first time instead of the one-bed type I always use on business trips, and the space felt much smaller. That was a bit disappointing, but everything else was very satisfactory. My mother slept soundly and said she was comfortable.
I never imagined that something like a hotel employee entering a room could happen to us at a hotel recently. Around 4:00 AM on April 12, an employee used a master key to open the door to the room where my boyfriend was sleeping alone and entered. My boyfriend woke up startled, and the employee closed the door and left. My boyfriend, who was staying alone, felt extreme terror. While asleep he had no idea what was happening, and if the person’s gender had been different this would have been grounds to report sexual assault. When I called the front desk right away, they said the absurd thing that they "were waiting for the call." They said they did not call because they were afraid of waking him, but they opened the door and entered a guest’s room—there is no guest who would remain asleep in that situation. Even if a guest is asleep, it is correct to call first. Their response sounded like they would have ignored it if he had not woken up. They claimed they entered to verify that the room was vacant due to a system error, but we do not know whether that explanation is true, and I wonder whether it was really necessary to check at 4:00 AM when there should be no check-in customers at that hour. We requested to speak with a manager in the morning, but at 10:00 AM there was only staff at the front desk and we spoke with the general manager by phone. We asked them to at least call in a manager if the general manager could not come, but they just repeated that the manager was off duty and could not come because it would violate labor law. Although we spoke calmly despite being angry, we were told, "Don’t get excited," which made us feel like we were being treated as unreasonable troublemakers. Even though a guest’s safety had been compromised, there was not a single manager available who could take responsibility. What we wanted was a sincere apology and measures to prevent recurrence, not a lecture about labor law. After the call I asked the staff to show the incident response manual, but they did not even know where the manual was. The general manager said they had gone to a wedding in Seoul, yet the apology text message came from 051 Web. It felt like they were trying to cover up the incident with a perfunctory message that may not even have been written by them personally. A hotel should guarantee guests’ safety and privacy. This hotel showed that even that basic duty was not upheld. It was the worst experience, and I never want to use this hotel again.
There is no Netflix, it's very small.... the service is poor.
