One parking space is available per room. (We would appreciate it if you could contact the property in advance regarding parking.)

Parking is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on reservation time. If all indoor parking spaces are fully booked, you may be directed to the outdoor parking lot in front of the property.

If you require indoor parking, please confirm availability before check-in.

A separate parking fee applies when booking “Walking Special” rooms.

All guests are required to present a valid ID before check-in.

If you do not have a valid ID, you may not be allowed to check in, and cancellations or refunds due to failure to present a valid ID may not be possible.

Presentation of an ID that is not a physical document (such as a photo) will not be accepted.

The first-floor lobby is equipped with coffee beans, toast and strawberry jam, a microwave, and more.

We provide complimentary amenities along with your room key upon check-in ^^

You are welcome to take as many of the amenities as you like.

❣️Guidance on Featured Accommodation Images❣️

The featured images displayed when booking a room vary by room category.

While we would like to upload images for all room types, due to photography constraints, only specific images are registered as representative images. While rooms with different images share the same basic layout, they may differ from what you expected based on the representative image. If you do not wish to be assigned a room with a different image than the one shown, please check the availability of the room corresponding to the image you selected via the booking app before your scheduled check-in time and proceed accordingly.

Provided there are no fundamental issues with the room, requests for refunds or cancellations made after your scheduled check-in time solely on the grounds that the room differs from the image may be denied.

The standard occupancy for this app is based on 2 people, and the maximum occupancy varies by room type.

Additional charges apply for guests beyond the standard occupancy (2 people). Please contact the store in advance regarding bedding availability and other additional fees.

If you do not notify us in advance, we may be unable to provide bedding or allow check-in due to a shortage of bedding.

The fee for additional guests is 10,000 won per person on weekdays, and 20,000 won per person on weekends, the day before public holidays, and on the day of the stay.

Coffee pots are not provided in guest rooms for hygiene and room maintenance reasons.

Guests who need hot water are kindly asked to use the hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby.

Disposable amenities are available in the lobby; please feel free to take as many as you need.

❣️Room Card Key Usage Guide❣️

The room card key provided by the store is recognized by the in-store door lock and programs registered within the store.

Unregistered card keys and other items may not be recognized, and this card key is specially manufactured, available only for bulk custom orders.

When going out or checking out, please store the card key at the front desk (there may be cases where you temporarily leave the room for 24-hour room business or personal reasons, but if you contact us at the number provided at the front desk, we will come right away) to prevent loss or damage.

Loss or damage will incur costs for reissuance, custom manufacturing, and program linkage.
