Overnight stay reservations are only possible with full prepayment.

Mixed-gender stays of 3 or more people are not allowed (cancellations/refunds are not available for reservations made without prior inquiry).

Cancellations/refunds are not available for denied entry due to minors reserving mixed-gender rooms. If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances at the affiliated property, a 100% refund will be processed. Room information may change frequently due to circumstances at the affiliated property. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, Day Use guests checking in after 5:00 PM can use the room for 4 hours.
