The room is clean. The bathroom is fairly decent too.

The staff were really very friendly, and the room was spacious and tidy, so it was perfect for a Gangneung trip. haha I had a great rest! I will use it again next time.
The staff were so kind, and the place itself was spacious and clean so it was great to stay at!! I’m thinking of coming back on the last day of my trip to Gangneung haha It was even better than I expected and I loved it!
Kind and comfortable. The facilities are good and it was nice to be right in front of a convenience store.
The bedding was fluffy and fresh, great value for money~ ^^

I revisited after a long time and the owner is still very kind!!!! I’m always satisfied with the room cleanliness. It’s a pity there aren’t many reviews. It’s located right in front of the terminal, so it’s great for public transportation, and the price is cheaper than other places. Why isn’t everyone coming here instead of going to Bali... It’s in a taxi-friendly area where fares aren’t a burden anywhere, so why is everyone going to Bali!!!!!!!
All rooms are non-smoking!! There are smoking areas in the hallway on each floor. E-cigarettes are also cigarettes.
(Please note that a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is discovered)
Minors are, of course, not allowed to stay together. Entry is not allowed if you do not have an ID!!!
The counter closes at midnight~
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is an additional charge for exceeding the time! (10,000 KRW per hour)
No additional guests are allowed beyond the reserved number of occupants (even for a short while)
All rooms are based on 2 people. (Additional 1 person: 10,000 KRW on weekdays, 20,000 KRW on weekends and holidays / Twin rooms only)
Co-ed groups of 3 or more people are prohibited (excluding families).
Twin rooms have a super single + queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.
Additional charges apply for extra bedding (10,000 KRW on weekdays).
Actual costs will be charged for theft of room facilities or amenities, damage to bedding, or breakage (credit card, CCTV investigation).
Same-sex guests are not allowed for Day Use.
Additional Day Use fees may apply for multi-night stays.
No smoking in rooms.
Please smoke in the designated smoking areas on each floor.
Smoking is also not allowed in the restrooms. Smoke travels upstairs and can disturb other guests.

Please use the outdoor parking lot for electric vehicles~ An electric vehicle charging station is available at the free parking lot at 156 Hongje-dong.
You can use both the internal and external parking lots of the building. (If parking is difficult, please inquire at the counter.)

Please eat delivered food and store it in a bag outside!
Please do not eat king crab or fermented skate~ The smell will not go away for a week!
Cooking using fire for boiling will result in immediate eviction without a refund!
Pets are not allowed!
