Location, price, cleanliness, and service were excellent. My girlfriend and I came to Cheongju for the first time and were unsure where to stay, but we are very satisfied! If we come to Cheongju for a trip again, we will probably stay here again!

I stayed one night at Urban Brown Hotel in downtown Cheongju with my family over the weekend. I usually don't leave reviews or comments, but this place was the best hotel I've stayed at while traveling, so I really wanted to write one. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable so we rested well. I had brought a hair iron, but one was already provided in the room, and there was even a garment care styler, which felt like a thoughtful touch. The shower facilities were also impressive. It was a modern system with various functions available at the push of a button, making it very convenient to use. There was also an additional inner door on the inside of the room entrance, so we barely heard any outside noise and were able to relax quietly and comfortably. You could tell the hotel paid attention to many details for guest convenience throughout the property, and thanks to that we had a pleasant stay with our family. I especially remember the kindness of a young male staff member who assisted us at check-in. From start to finish we received pleasant service. I confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Cheongju. Personally, I would give it a perfect rating. We were very satisfied with a comfortable and enjoyable time with our family.
