I needed to stay one night in Nampo-dong on Friday, so I used this hotel. Recently many foreigners have been coming to Busan, and there were also many foreigners here. I left my luggage, checked in in the evening, and used the room.... It's awkward to say something negative, but I think the owner should know.. 1. There was no air conditioner remote. Fortunately(?) there was a switch on the AC unit itself, so I turned it on and used it. 2. There were no boxed tissues in the room. So I used the toilet paper in the bathroom. 3. There was no hair dryer. 4. There was a TV remote, but for some reason the cable connection seemed unplugged, so we couldn't watch TV. 5. I saw mold in the refrigerator freezer. There was also frost buildup. The owner should pay more attention. I hope they won't pay less attention just because foreigners stay there once..
Until just a few days ago Yanolja and other sites were selling "random room assigned at check-in," and I booked 3 nights and 4 days in January. On the morning of the day, at 11 AM, they called me saying the room I'd be staying in had a broken boiler and pressured me to cancel. You can imagine the situation, right? Yanolja said they would find an alternative accommodation and asked what conditions I wanted, so I asked them to book near Busan Station so I could stick to my planned schedule. They said they understood and apologized, but the list they actually sent were remote places like Songdo and Sasang... They act like they don't care about the customer's situation and only want to avoid losing even a single won. I said I had screenshots of what had been on sale until recently and asked them to talk to the lodging or find something nearby, but Yanolja said there was nothing they could do and told me to contact their complaints department. If that's the case they should have contacted me earlier. I don't know whether they waited to see if bookings would be full or if they were stalling until they got reported and received corrective action, but I thought the place was at least somewhat honest and then got stabbed in the back on the day. Nearby accommodations had already increased in price severalfold, and I had plans in the afternoon so I needed to drop my bags and go out quickly. Since it was winter and I thought maybe a broken boiler could be tolerated, I decided to stay in that room. The front desk staff said aside from cold water there were no other problems, so I trusted them and went into the room, but it was a room that shouldn't have accepted guests at all. The TV didn't work because the cable was unplugged, and the air conditioner and fridge were covered in dust and mold so unusable, so I bought disinfectant wipes and cleaned them (the air conditioner was usable after cleaning). From the moment I ran water in the sink there were strange noises, and after I showered the whole bathroom was flooded (it was a cold shower so I didn't use it for more than a few minutes). There were fruit flies and mosquitoes flying around, there was no hair dryer so I bought one at Daiso and used it, I bought towels and used them, and I bought a disposable sheet to put over the bed and slept on that. When even a cockroach showed up, I really wanted to call and raise hell in the middle of the night, but I had to leave in a few hours and there was no time to find and move to another place, so I endured it. I came for a concert, my schedule was messed up from day one, and my mood was ruined. Really, get your act together.

Clean and good for the price.
The floor and furniture are all peeling and get on your body The bathroom handle is rusted The cleaning is honestly like they didn't do it It's caked up—how much would they have to not clean... There seemed to be many foreign guests and I'm honestly embarrassed. This doesn't seem right.
Really friendly and excellent.
Friendly staff and I like it because it's downtown.
The room cleaning condition was very poor. There was foreign residue left on the bathroom switch... I mentioned it and was moved to another room, but that one was just as dirty. When I asked if there were any other available rooms of a different type while moving, they said everything was fully booked, so I just booked another place and slept there. The condition was very different from the photos.
Honestly, it was not great. The only good thing was that it was right above the subway exit, so it was easy to find, and that's it. The downsides: the room is very shabby. The flooring is peeling up, and the bathroom was not clean. They did not even rent chargers, which was very inconvenient since I was on a business trip and needed one urgently. The price of 55,000 won felt a bit steep. I don't think I will visit again :( It felt somewhat like a cheap lodging.

I used the accommodation, but I was disappointed by inaccurate information. The app showed "parking available," but a Yanolja agent told me SUVs were not allowed, and that parking would be possible if I paid an extra 15,000 won, so I paid. However, actual parking was on a nearby street curb, not a parking tower or official lot. Prior notice about parking method, vehicle restrictions, and extra charges was not provided before payment. Also, the check-in time was shown as 3:00 PM in the reservation, but on site I was told it was 4:00 PM; only after showing the reservation screen did they say, "Then we should make it 3:00 PM for you." There were many cracks on the bathroom wall in the room, and overall cleanliness and dust management felt insufficient. If parking, check-in time, or room condition are important to you, you should confirm in advance.
