If you do not have an ID, check-in will be refused even after booking is complete, and the full deposit will not be refunded.

Overnight stays and Day Use are based on 2 people, and co-ed groups are not allowed for 3 or more people.

If you would like a room with a bathtub, please inquire at the front desk upon check-in.

Forgotten items will be stored for 2 weeks and then disposed of if there is no separate contact.

Adding Day Use hours is not possible after 10 PM.

You must check in at the reserved time. If you park early without prior notice before the check-in time,

an additional Day Use fee will be charged.

Disposable items are sold separately for 1,000 KRW.

All rooms are equipped with 55-inch large smart TVs.

Netflix is available for free viewing in all rooms.

If you go up the back stairs near the parking lot, you will be directly connected to the counter.

All rooms have mobile phone chargers (Android, Apple, 5-pin) and WIFI available.

Headsets and curling irons can be rented at the front desk.

Lens cleaning products can be rented at the front desk.

Maximum 1 car can be parked per room / Parking is available at check-in time. No early parking / If the app shows 'full' for parking, parking is not available.

If the 'full' setting is on, parking is no longer available, so you should not bring a car.

Parking is also not available for bookings made by foot.

If you park without prior notice before the check-in time, an additional Day Use fee will be charged.

Parking is available from the check-in time. If you need a bathtub in a standard room, please inquire before check-in.

No cancellation one day before or on the day of stay.

30% refund for cancellations 2 days prior.

50% refund for cancellations 5 days prior.

100% refund for cancellations 7 days prior.
