Exceeding the maximum occupancy or entering with an imbalanced gender ratio is not permitted, and forced eviction/cancellation/refunds are not possible. (Same-day cancellation/refunds are also not possible)

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images above.

Rates may change during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

Minors are not permitted to enter, and reservations made by minors (for check-in) are non-refundable.

During your stay, if any damage is caused to room facilities, a separate repair cost may be charged, so please refrain from any actions that could cause damage.

All rooms are non-smoking, and in cases where excessive smoking makes it difficult to sell the room afterwards, a surcharge of 200,000 KRW will be applied for cleaning/disinfection/vacancy.

Check-in closes at 2:00 AM, and check-in may not be possible thereafter. If you wish to check in late, please contact us in advance.

Breakfast is not served on Monday mornings and the morning after a public holiday.
