First, the room was clean and the owner was very kind. I used a day-use room for 5 hours and they even upgraded my room, so I was able to rest comfortably. Highly recommend for a stay near Seoul Station haha
The location is close to the station and the interior was clean with no odors, which I liked. I was nervous because it was my first time using the unmanned kiosk, but the staff kindly guided me, which I appreciated. The refrigerator was larger than other places, so it was convenient to store a slice of cake.
It was sufficient and comfortable for one person, and the facilities were good. As soon as I entered there was a pleasant fragrance that made me feel good. The owner was also friendly, and they stored my luggage in a safe place so I could leave it with peace of mind. It was convenient because it is close to Seoul Station.

The owner is friendly, the room is clean, and there was no smell of smoke, which I liked. No bugs, the air conditioning works well, it is quiet, and overall very nice~
The room was a bit small, but overall it was clean and great value for money.
I was looking for accommodation near Seoul Station and visited Hotel Les. It is very close to Seoul Station so accessibility is excellent, and they kindly assisted me late at night so I was able to stay comfortably. I will use it again on my next business trip!

I stopped by to rest during a business trip. There were amenities and the room was spacious. The shower had strong water pressure, and it's a great value place!
.Address - 24 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul. The entrance is near the kiosk in front of the crosswalk on the main road between Seoul Station and Sungnyemun.
.It is a 2-minute walk from Seoul Station Exit 4, and convenience stores are also within a 2-minute walk.
.Separate parking is not provided.
If paid parking is needed, you can conveniently use the street parking lot (paid) located inside, across the pedestrian area past Kimbap Cheonguk and Eyeglass World, on the road before Sungnyemun (Sejong-daero 28 [not a building]).
Check-in is until 12:00 AM (midnight); after that, it will be processed as a no-show. If you contact us in advance, your reservation will be maintained.

Our staff are someone's precious family.
1. Strictly no smoking – 100,000 KRW fine and immediate eviction (includes e-cigarettes, non-refundable)
2. No entry for minors/non-guests - No entry beyond the capacity, (deliveries to be received at the entrance)
3. Damage to bedding, facilities – 100,000 KRW fine for contamination caused by food, beverages, or bodily fluids
4. Actual cost charged for facility damage - (Technician's daily wage 350,000 KRW, material cost separate)
5. Check-out - 11:00 AM (10,000 KRW charged per hour for exceeding, 20,000 KRW for 4-person rooms)

B Insert room key into the key slot on the bottom right (front).
7. Going out - If only one of two people goes out: The person going out must carry the room key to re-enter.
The room will still operate even if a credit card or business card is placed in the room key box.
8. No parties – Eviction for causing damage to guests due to intoxication or loud noise (non-refundable)
9. Paid Luggage Storage – 5,000 KRW per hour before check-in, after check-out (per room)
Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is 5,000 KRW per hour.

It is a 3-minute walk from Seoul Station Exit 4, and is a preferred and frequently visited accommodation for business travelers and tourists in the surrounding area.^^
All rooms and facilities are non-smoking! Violations will result in immediate eviction, a fine, a cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW, and compensation for business losses.

1. The standard occupancy for all room types is 2 people. 'Double + Double Quad Room' or 'Double + Bunk Quad Room' can accommodate up to 4 people, and an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged for more than 2 people.
2. Minor Policy (Compliance with Youth Protection Act)
- Minors under 19 years of age cannot use the facilities without a parent (legal guardian) present.
- For family guests with minors, please prepare relevant documents (ID card, family relationship certificate) in advance for accommodation use.
- Please note that if check-in is not possible due to the guest's lack of understanding of these terms, the responsibility lies with the guest, and the accommodation will not be held responsible.
