- How to Use
: In the room, click the YouTube button on the remote control, then select and watch the desired OTT service.
Please understand that the above benefits are for customer convenience, and cancellations and refunds are difficult due to viewing difficulties.
Excluding double twin rooms, the standard occupancy for all rooms is 2 people, and only up to the maximum occupancy is allowed. (Based on initial check-in number, guest changes not permitted).
Exceeding the maximum occupancy or imbalanced gender ratio is not permitted for check-in, and cancellations/refunds are not possible for these reasons. If unauthorized use is discovered, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without refund.
When adding extra guests, an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person applies. (Additional fee applies to all ages).
All rooms are operated as non-smoking. If excessive smoking leads to a situation where the room cannot be sold afterwards, a surcharge (200,000 KRW) for cleaning/disinfection/vacancy may be incurred.
Check-in closing time is 2:00 AM, and check-in may not be possible after that. If you wish to check in late, please contact us in advance.
Partial cancellations are not possible for multi-night stays.
