- You must have your room key to use the elevator between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
- A room cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking in any guest room.
- Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, TVING, and Watcha are free in all rooms.
- Regular disinfection by Sesco!
- All rooms are equipped with draft-free air conditioners, air purifiers, Air Dressers, and dedicated Wi-Fi (room number).
- Free self-service laundry, same-day umbrella rental, and paid self-service electric vehicle charging.
- The use of balloons and party supplies is prohibited; prior approval is required!
- Parking is limited to one spot per room.
Please understand that parking spaces may be limited when the hotel is fully booked.
- Shared accommodation for groups of 3 or 4 people (excluding family members) is not permitted; guests will be asked to check out without a refund.
- Minors must provide a written consent form from a guardian listed on their Resident Registration Certificate and may check in only after a phone call with the guardian.
- Minors found sharing a room with non-family members, drinking alcohol, or smoking will be immediately evicted without refund after contacting their guardian.
- After checkout, food, toiletries, and cosmetics will be discarded immediately during cleaning; other items will be held as lost and found for one month before being discarded.

Even if you set the number of guests in the app before booking, additional fees will be charged separately.
- If the number of guests exceeds the room’s standard capacity, a fee of 10,000 won per person applies (30,000 won during peak season)
- Exempt from additional fees: Children under 12 months
- However, the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
No refunds will be issued if you arrive with more guests than the maximum occupancy; you must use the room in accordance with the maximum occupancy limit.

Overall the facilities are clean It's simple but they provide breakfast and it's nice One downside is that the amenities were a bit lacking Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything
When I arrived, a Roborock was cleaning on the way to the lobby, and when I entered the room the interior felt spacious The wallpaper, bedding, and bathroom were spotless. The manager greeted us kindly and we had a pleasant 2-night stay while sightseeing in Gongju :)
Clean and I had a hearty breakfast. The water pressure is good.

I couldn't take photos, but it was truly the best accommodation. When traveling with a child, cleanliness is what I worry about most, and it was really clean and the breakfast was excellent!!
