I rested comfortably here by myself.
The facilities are clean, so it's nice.

Even one star feels like too much. The first room I was given had some strange filth, so I called the front desk, and instead of an apology they replied, "What strange thing?", which shocked me the first time. They somehow changed my room, but when I went in I was shocked a second time by the smell of sewage and a damp, musty feeling. I did not notice when using the bathroom at night, but in the morning when I turned on the shower to wash, several insect-like creatures that looked like parasites came out, which shocked me a third time. I do not want to fight or hurt anyone's feelings, but if I do not write this review I will feel too wronged and upset, so I am posting it. There are many other accommodations nearby, so do not go just because of the name Brown Dot. This ruined what should have been a truly happy trip.
Parking is convenient and clean.
It looked good on the outside, but the inside was really shocking. :( :( Water was dripping from the air conditioner. There were strange scribbles on the walls. The computer chair, keyboard, and mouse were very unsanitary. It needs improvement.
It's clean and nice. I had a good, restful stay.

• Valet service is not provided, and please be advised in advance that depending on business conditions, even if there is parking available within the building, you may be asked to move to an external parking lot.
• The above information is considered agreed upon at the time of reservation,
and cancellations and refunds due to lack of familiarity are not possible.
During peak season & vacation periods, multi-night stays will incur an additional fee for 24-hour room use, regardless of weekdays or weekends.
