Seocheon Gaevion Hotel & Unmanned Motel

The accommodation itself is clean and pleasant to look at. However, the soundproofing is very poor. From 7 a.m., the noise of children running around was so loud that I couldn't rest properly for three hours. I called the manager to complain, but they only said they would quiet them down and no action was taken. Later, they even responded as if the upstairs guests had already checked out and the neighboring room did not seem to have kids running, so I ended up making a voice recording of the noise myself. The facilities might be fine, but their handling and management of noise issues are very disappointing. Please keep this in mind if you want a quiet rest. Ah, I'm writing this review and remembering it now, and I'm still angry.
