Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry for minors booking mixed-gender rooms are not possible.

For special rooms with a maximum occupancy of more than 2 people, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are not permitted, except for family units.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building. If indoor smoking is detected, a fine will be imposed according to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and additional costs related to odor removal may be charged.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events and fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks is prohibited. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be claimed.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video filming, please inquire in advance.

According to Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be kept at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for money or other valuables not kept at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

If excessive noise occurs due to acts such as drinking or rowdiness, eviction measures may be taken, and refunds are not possible.

In case of damage to or theft of room property, criminal charges may be filed depending on the circumstances.
