There is a designated smoking area on the 5th floor, so smokers are asked to use the smoking area on the 5th floor.
If you are caught smoking in your room, you may be forced to check out, and in such cases, the accommodation fee is non-refundable.
A fine of 100,000 won may be imposed, so please be sure to use the smoking area on the 5th floor!

I use it often; it's so good.
People outside in front of the accommodation smoke a lot. There is severe mold inside the refrigerator in the room. In the bathroom sink, when the water drains there is no connected pipe so everything leaks under the sink. The smell from someone smoking in the room below rises through the bathroom into the entire room (bathroom door has glass, not soundproof). The price is relatively high (weekend rates; about 20,000 won more than a 4-star hotel). It is close to Nampo-dong Film Street and Kkangtong (Tin Can) Market, making nearby sightseeing convenient. There are many Blue Ribbon-awarded restaurants nearby.
It was clean and I rested comfortably!
When I visit Busan I only stay at Bay. The owner is kind.
The room was okay, but I realized after checking in that there was no window :(
I had a comfortable stay.
Check-in is convenient even late at night.
