I had a good rest at a great price.
The facilities are great, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I'll come again.
It was clean, there was a Styler, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was tidy. Although it's called a motel, it felt like a business hotel.
I stayed Friday to Saturday. I live out of town and work shift hours, so I checked in after midnight. At booking there were options for a "late check-in/late check-out" plan and a "breakfast included" plan, and because I had to leave early the next day I deliberately chose the breakfast-included plan. When I arrived it was unmanned, and there was no prior notice about that. I had to call the control staff due to ID verification issues, and at that time I also confirmed whether breakfast would be provided. They told me that breakfast would be provided for a room with breakfast included, so I stayed. But the next morning at 9:00 AM the breakfast still had not arrived. I tried contacting the room phone 2–3 times but there was no answer, so I ended up calling the Yanolja registration number. Only then did I hear, "You must check in and request breakfast by 11:00 PM the previous day for it to be provided." The reservation page only listed the breakfast hours (7–9 AM) and did not mention any separate request. I also did not receive that explanation when I asked at check-in. When I asked why they had not informed me, they said, "The control staff was inexperienced and did not give proper guidance." What made it worse was the subsequent response. Without any apology or proposal for a solution, they just told me, "A hotel employee will arrive at 10:00 AM, so talk to them then." Because I checked in late there was no guidance or follow-up call about requesting breakfast. We lost 5,000 won and just left. Also, maybe because we checked in late or because there were day-use customers, I found several hairs in the bathroom and on the bed, but I let it go because it was late. Overall I am very disappointed. "Not staff but non-staff" service — so frustrating. I have a lot to say but there is a 1,000-character limit.

The place was clean and nice. But oddly, when I checked in late they did ID verification through a machine, which was a bit cumbersome. The delivery table placed in front of the room was very thoughtful, and I was satisfied with the room itself.
