Private Pool (Closed during Winter) & 24-Hour Spa: This is a private pool located inside the rooftop suite; it is not available to other guests and is closed during the winter season.

Cooking is permitted in rooms equipped with a fully functional kitchen.

Cooking is restricted in rooms booked by the hour and in rooms with limited views.

BBQ use is not permitted in any room.

We will charge for damages and laundry fees in the event of theft, damage, or soiling of any provided items.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

Bath salts are not permitted. (You will be held liable for compensation in the event of contamination within the spa or damage to the motor.)

The temperature inside the spa will not exceed 40 degrees.

Starting from September 1, 2024, BBQ use is not permitted in all rooms.

Please take note when booking. The use of personal equipment (e.g., portable gas burners and induction cookers) is not allowed. Please be aware that if personal equipment is used without the property's consent, damages may be claimed for any accidents that occur or complaints from other rooms.
