There was a crack in the wall, it was noisy in the early morning Anyway, it was pretty bad.
A perfect place to rest alone.
I had a comfortable rest.
I was disappointed there were no disposable toiletries :( Still, I had a great time.

It was quiet and clean. I didn't know what time breakfast was until, so I just left :(
I had a restless sleep because of mosquitoes and flies. There was no Home Kipa insect spray in the room. Maybe because I booked through the Yanolja app, the room was also very cramped. The soundproofing was terrible, so the moaning from other rooms was very noisy.
Clean and nice for the price.
The air conditioner is noisy and it is in urgent need of renovation.
When staying in a Deluxe Park View Room, you’ll enjoy views of the beautiful rose garden and stunning night views.

The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal.

In accordance with the Public Health (Hygiene) Management Act, occupancy is restricted or prohibited for any additional guests beyond one person of the opposite sex per room (excluding immediate family members).
Unauthorized occupancy will result in forced eviction (with no refund), and failure to comply with these guidelines will result in appropriate action taken in accordance with established procedures.
Minors are restricted from staying at the property and sharing a room with members of the opposite sex.
Minors may check in only when accompanied by a parent.
Access may be restricted if you do not present valid identification upon check-in, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.
Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the photos.
Shared occupancy by minors under the age of 19 is prohibited by law; if the property refuses check-in for this reason, cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.

Please park in reverse and follow the staff’s instructions to drop off your car key at the front desk.
One vehicle is allowed per room; an additional 10,000 won will be charged for each additional vehicle.
We collect the car keys for all vehicles except the one parked in the very back; if you are unable to provide your car keys, your use of the parking lot may be restricted.
When the lot is full, you may use the Rose Park Public Parking Lot free of charge from 8:00 PM until 8:00 AM the following day.

There is a parking lot inside the building, accessible to passenger cars and minivans (including Porter vans).
Parking spaces are limited, so it may be difficult to park additional vehicles beyond the one allowed per room. (Subject to change depending on the situation on the day of your visit.)
Please select either “on foot” or “by car” accurately in the “How to Visit” section.
If you select “on foot” but arrive by car, guests who selected “by car” will be checked in first.
Parking may be restricted for guests arriving by car after the lot is full. We appreciate your understanding.
Please be sure to place food, convenience store snacks, and delivery meals in a bag and leave them outside your door after you have finished eating.
A 50,000 won fee will be charged for broken glass bottles, such as soju bottles. We ask for your understanding that broken glass may prevent us from renting the room to other guests on the same day.
Food with red sauces (such as tteokbokki, jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and mala xiangguo) is prohibited from being delivered (due to potential bedding contamination).
Delivered food must be picked up at the front desk on the first floor. If bedding is stained, a laundry fee of 10,000 won will be charged if the items are washable;
if they cannot be washed, a separate fee for replacement bedding will be charged.
Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction or an additional cleaning fee.
Please refrain from eating food on the bed (to prevent damage caused by soiling the bedding).
If you accidentally soil the bedding, you must inform the front desk before checking out; failure to do so may result in charges for damaged bedding.
Disposable items are sold separately.
1-person set: 1,000 won
2-person set: 2,000 won. Thank you.
The standard 12-hour weekday rate does not apply on weekends (Fri., Sat., Sun.).
Even if you check in early in the morning, you must check out by 12:00 PM regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend.
We hope this does not cause any inconvenience.
Check-in times for Two-in rooms vary slightly by room type, and except for late check-in,
late check-out, or extended stays, check-out is at 12:00 PM regardless of whether it is a weekend or weekday.
Consecutive nights are available at the weekday on-site rate. (Excludes special discounts, walking-distance specials, and hot deals.)
If you are staying for multiple nights on the weekend, you can pay on-site,
but you must pay an additional room fee to extend your stay.
