▪️Even for special rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people, mixed-gender groups of 3 or more (other than family units) are not allowed. Cancellations and refunds due to this are not possible.

▪️For Family rooms, an additional 20,000 KRW per night is charged for extra guests beyond the 3-person standard.

▪️Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events or fire-hazardous materials such as gunpowder or fireworks is prohibited. Compensation for damage and fire may be charged after use.

▪️Check-out time is exactly 12:00 PM; an additional fee will be incurred for late check-outs.

▪️Please understand that rooms may be assigned randomly.

▪️Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM for the comfort of other guests.

▪️All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke outside the building.

▪️All rooms are non-smoking, and indoor smoking violations may incur a fine in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, as well as additional charges related to deodorization costs.

▪️Please understand that if smoking in the room causes a cancellation fee for other bookings due to the smell of smoke, and laundry costs for bedding, compensation for damages may be charged. A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed if smoking is detected.

▪️In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

▪️When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost card keys.

▪️Excessive noise caused by actions such as drinking or loud singing may result in eviction, and refunds will not be processed.

▪️Compensation for damages will be charged to the guest for damage to or removal of room items (damage, hair dryer, coffee maker, towels, etc.).

▪️Article 366 (Damage to Property, etc.)

A person who damages or conceals another's property, documents, or special media records such as electronic records, or otherwise impairs their utility, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 7 million KRW.

▪️The hotel is not responsible for lost valuables, personal belongings, electronic devices, etc.

▪️Due to the hotel's location in the city center, parking can be difficult (height limit 2.0M). E.g., Starex O, Limousine Carnival X

▪️Only guests using Deluxe (parking available) and Family room types can park at the hotel.

▪️Parking fees will be incurred for pre-parking before check-in time.

▪️If you checked 'on foot' for your visit type but arrive by car, parking is not possible. ~Please check carefully.
