The latest check-in time at our hotel is 2:00 AM on the checkout date; after this time, your reservation will be treated as a no-show,
and refunds are strictly prohibited. If you plan to check in after 2:00 AM, please notify us in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show.
Late check-out: 10,000 won per hour / Party rooms: 20,000 won per hour
Maximum 5 hours; after 5:00 PM, a full day’s rate applies
At Gwang-an Stay Hotel, to cover additional charges and any damage or loss of property within the accommodation,
we require a physical credit card number or a 50,000 won security deposit at check-in. Upon check-out,
after inspecting the room, we will delete the credit card information and refund the security deposit.

Refund policies for reservation cancellations are applied in accordance with Gwang-an Stay Hotel’s internal regulations.
Gwang-an Stay strictly prohibits minors from sharing a room with adults.
Refunds are absolutely not permitted for reservations involving minors sharing a room with adults, and if you refuse to present identification,
check-in will be denied and no refund will be issued.
Regarding room occupancy limits based on COVID-19 social distancing guidelines,
guests must inquire with the Busan City Hall or the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency
before making a reservation. Refund requests based on these restrictions
will not be accepted by the hotel,
so please book carefully.
Gwang-an Stay requires guests to fill out a registration card upon check-in.
The registration card requires you to provide your full name, contact information, and the number of guests, as well as acknowledge the important notices;
we then require your signature.
If you refuse to complete the registration card, the hotel reserves the right to deny entry,
and refunds will not be issued for this reason, so please be sure to keep this in mind.

Just for reference—everyone’s different. (Personally I felt, why spend this much money to stay here?) - If you are picky about cleanliness or are generally tidy: not recommended (towels smelled musty, the whole room had a damp smell, the floor felt sticky) - Location is fine. It takes a comfortable 5 minutes to get to Gwangalli Beach. The area is quiet so there is no noise. - If you and your partner brought a lot of luggage: not recommended Is there space to open a suitcase? No. It’s cramped and feels almost claustrophobic. - If you only sleep there: it’s okay If you just go out to have fun and only come back to sleep, it won’t be a problem. - If you need parking at the accommodation itself: not recommended The building has parking, but it is extremely narrow and only fits two cars. If you drive a compact car, double parking might be possible. You can park in the basement parking of the building next door (free). However, you cannot go in and out repeatedly. If you leave luggage at the accommodation and go out, you would have to finish your schedule, park, and then go out drinking or whatever, which is inconvenient. Also, since the parking is not in the accommodation itself, carrying luggage back and forth can be bothersome if you have a lot. There are other issues, but this is just my personal review. Please take it as a reference. You probably worked hard to enjoy your trip, booked a place to feel good, and wanted to make memories—just take this into account. There is also a chance that not every room is in the condition I described.

The timing was really satisfactory. It was at a good distance from the busy downtown area, so it wasn't noisy, the soundproofing was good, and the water pressure was strong. We had two vehicles, so for an extra 10,000 won we could use them freely, which was nice. I will use it again next time.
The price is affordable and it's convenient to use.
👍👍👍👍👍👍 I rarely leave reviews :( but this is one of the most satisfying places I've stayed!!!! First, they were extremely kind! The thing I liked most is that there are authentic great eateries (some you have to wait for) and bookstores close by! I was worried because I was traveling alone, but they were very attentive so it was quiet and clean! Thank you!
